Sapphire has remodeled one of their ten, world-famous Skyboxes, taking inspiration from Champagne Krug to create an atmosphere that compliments all of Champagne Krug’s fine and exquisite Champagnes. Sapphire Skyboxes provide customers with a more private and intimate setting where customers overlook the main floor where over 400 of the most beautiful entertainers from all over the world entertain and delight customers nightly.
Our Krug Skybox has been described as “warm, inviting and lushly comfortable”. Elegant gold and burgundy colors, combined with a country French charm make this one of a kind room the perfect place to enjoy Krug Champagne and the company of Sapphire’s fabulous entertainers.
The room is painted metallic gold and white with distinctive white chair railing and trim. The Krug coat of arms adorns one wall and the Krug logo hand made in a mosaic of mirror pieces adorns the other. Beautiful custom maroon leather couches and white chairs with large comfortable maroon pillows line the walls. A crystal chandelier, wall sconces and recessed fixtures provide mood lighting for the room and a 3D HD television provides additional entertainment.
Krug was established in 1843 by Johann-Joseph Krug in Reims, the largest city in Champagne France. Krug is called the “Champagne of Champagnes”. The Champagne’s distinctive taste is easily recognized due to the 100% barrel fermentation and extended aging on the lees (yeast deposits). Krug Champagne is under the LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) umbrella of fine prestigious luxury items.
Wine Spectator selected 6 Krug Champagnes among their “Top 10 Best Champagnes’ in the Wine Spectator Dec 31st 2011- Jan 15th 2012 issue and awards Krug, “2012 World’s Best Rated Champagne House.”
In the most recent Wine Spectator issue (Dec. 31st, 2011 – Jan. 15, 2012) critic Alison Napjus selected 6 Krug Champagnes among her top 10 Best Recommended Champagnes. This means that Krug dominates the very top of the list.
