Yes, it’s time to get wet and wild because Las Vegas pool party season is right around the corner and Sapphire® is looking for, and willing to pay $100,000 for a resident DJ that knows how to rock the party, making Sapphire® the hottest pool party in Vegas in 2013.
DJ’s will battle for $100,000 and the right to DJ at the newest & sexiest summer residency in Las Vegas, The Sapphire® Pool, and a spot on the coveted BeatClan roster! Las Vegas legend, DJ Hollywood will be producing and hosting the battle. Twelve DJ’s will be chosen from submitted entries to compete live in the final two-day battle.
TO ENTER: All DJs entering must submit a press pack (bio, image & latest mix) via email to[email protected] no later than February 1, 2013. DJ’s must send a 20 minute high energy mix with House, Hip-Hop, Old School, etc. DJ’s must also have an impressive social media base (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) to be considered for the battle.
FIRST PLACE: $100,000 summer pool residency contract at Sapphire® Pool in Las Vegas, Nevada plus BeatClan/Sapphire® tee shirt and hat, a sponsor/Sapphire® gift pack and a BeatClan roster spot.
The first day of the competition will be March 19, 2013 at the official Nightclub and Bar Convention opening party at Sapphire® Gentlemen’s Club beginning at 7pm at the club. Twelve DJ’s will battle down to three that will compete in the finals at the star-studded celebrity grand opening of the Sapphire® Pool (Date TBD). The winner will be announced at 5pm on the day of the finals. In the event of a tie, instant crowd response will decide. The DJ’s will be judged on energy, crowd interaction/response, song selection and social media involvement on a scale of one to ten. The winner will be announced at 5pm on the day of the finals. The $8 million Sapphire® Pool and Day Club recently completed and unveiled at the Sapphire® 10th Anniversary Party on Thursday December 13, 2012 includes a multi-level, state-of-the-art, three-tier pool utopia that can comfortably accommodate over 700 sun-worshiping party goers.
