Monday Night Football at Sapphire: San Francisco at Washington

mnftnfnfl
Colin Kaepernick will look to rebound from his string of sub-par performances on Monday night when he and the 49ers head to Washington to face RG3 and company. Washington has struggled, even in a weak NFC East division, sitting at a disappointing 3-7 record. They do carry a potent rushing attack led by second year running back Alfred Morris and complimented by Roy Helu Jr. RG3 has had his moments of glory this season, but has not looked the same since returning from his knee injury late last season. It will be interesting to see if Washington has a fresh game plan on Monday, considering the fact that not only their star QB, but also members of opposing teams have mentioned Mike Shanahan’s play calling “predictable”.
The 49ers have cooled down the past few weeks, and their offense has been nearly stagnant the past couple of weeks. Colin Kaepernick has looked uncomfortable in the pocket, and surprisingly San Francisco has the league’s worst passing offense. Thankfully for San Francisco fans, the defense has been solid, keeping them close in each of the consecutive losses. With Seattle 3.5 games ahead with 6 games to play, and the 49ers can kiss their hopes of winning the NFC West goodbye. Now they control their own destiny into making one of the two wild card spots, and a leaky Washington defense may just be the answer.
No matter who wins, one thing is for certain – the game is going to be wild! Speaking of wild, Sapphire is the wildest and sexiest way to spend your Monday night! Get your tickets here and come support your (fantasy) team!
