Why you should park at Sapphire

No on-site parking – With no onsite parking and over 80,000 people set to attend, The Las Vegas Review Journal stated “you’ll walk forever to ‘Rock in Rio” in an article that details the official, yet unpleasant, parking and transportation options of Rock in Rio Las Vegas 2015.

Those attending (and not attending) should also be aware of traffic restrictions that will be in place for Rock in Rio over the next two weekends.

Beginning at 1 p.m. on each day of the festival, Las Vegas Boulevard will be restricted to one southbound lane from Saint Louis Avenue to Convention Center. And, it will only be open to residents and hotel guests. Lane closures will last until 3 a.m. In addition, Industrial Road will have one northbound lane closed from Desert Inn to Sahara Avenue. Circus Circus Drive will be closed to all traffic between Industrial and Las Vegas Boulevard.

Convenience – Located within walking distance of the “Rock in Rio” Festival, Sapphire Las Vegas Gentlemen’s Club is the most convenient parking solution for “Rock in Rio” Las Vegas attendees that opt to drive themselves.

On-site Parking At ‘Rock in Rio’ Las Vegas

One fact that many “Rock in Rio” Las Vegas attendees may not be aware of is there is no onsite parking at the 2015 “Rock in Rio” Las Vegas Festival Ground.

All 40 acres of the MGM festival ground at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara Avenue, including the parking lot, have been used to build the small city that will accommodate the festival and its occupants.

A short walk away from the “Rock in Rio” festival grounds, Sapphire Las Vegas Gentlemen’s Club is offering free parking and complimentary shuttle service to “Rock in Rio” attendees who purchase a bottle package.

‘Rock in Rio’ Las Vegas Parking Alternatives

Some Las Vegas Strip hotels have offered rental parking and shuttle services for attendees while other concert goers will have no choice but to walk quite a ways from their Las Vegas Strip hotels.

Pre-paid shuttles available from MGM Resorts Village, the Downtown Events Center, or World Market Center will still drop you off way over at the Gold Lot of the Las Vegas Convention Center, where you will still have a long walk ahead of you. Meanwhile, Sapphire is located less than a mile away from the “Rock in Rio” festival.
